Temi - Managing Director

Temi founded My Choice in 2017 with a mission to break down access barriers to the growing opportunities in the East End. He is dedicated to racial equality and is an expert in community engagement and genuine diversity and inclusion practice. Before Temi launched My Choice, he worked in the community on frontline supporting rehabilitation through creativity, music and poetry. Temi manages organisational development and the overall running of the organisation.

Reyss - Head of Community Operations

Reyss has worked with the organisation since it’s conception in 2017. She is a qualified social worker, inequalities researcher, children’s rights advocate and active citizen. She champion’s the rights of all and works well with members of the community to bring about change. Reyss heads up operations and manages the assessment and evaluation of projects. As a QSW she also plays a key role as our Designated Safeguarding Officer.

Michael - Board Advisor

Michael Donkor MSCI has 12 years of experience in the financial services. Michael is passionate about young people and enjoys working with children and youth. Michaels passion supports My Choice’s aim to continually centre the personal, financial & career development of our young people. Michael also supports My Choice through his vast field of connections and advocacy for our cause.

 

Nicole - Board Advisor

Nicole holds a Bachelors in Sociology and Master’s Degree in Psychology. She has a long history of working within local authorities and the private sector with some of the most vulnerable and under-represented groups in East and South London. She is dedicated to improving the lives of young adults and families. Nicole is the allocated Safeguarding Board Advisor.

Akin - Board Advisor

Akin Cole is a highly qualified construction planning consultant and serial entrepreneur, taking projects from inception to completion. Akin has been with My Choice since its launch in 2017 and has helped support projects both financially and strategically. His passion to support My Choice comes from his personal experiences as a young person and belief in the power of community-led work.
