Increasing representation & Inclusion in cycling.

We have a number of cycle initiatives in London aimed at reducing access barriers and increasing physical activity, wellbeing and social inclusion amongst Londoners of all ages.

Black Riders Association BRA acts a a network for cyclists, its core aims are to increase diversity and accessibility within cycling. BRA initially started with regular Sunday rides and community rides but has now evolved into a trans-national supportive network for ALL Black cyclists, helping to connect them and provide opportunities to engage in all forms of cycling. If you’re interested in joining the BRA network, sign up here.

London Social Cycles works to raise awareness of diversity issues and triumphs in cycling and sports through evidence-based means. We organise social rides where cyclists and others can gather collectively. Keep an eye on our events page for upcoming activities.

Cycle of Life is our cycling course running across London teaching adults to be 360 cycle competent. The course teaches you how to cycle on the roads, builds your confidence and helps you learn bike maintenance. This course is sponsored by TFL. Sign up via our events and activities page.

Learn2Ride is a community programme run across Hackney, teaching children and adults to cycle and develop confidence. We run ad-hoc sessions and longer courses. If you’re looking for our next session, please visit our events & activities page.

If you’re a school interested in bringing our Learn2Ride sessions to your students email info@my-choice.org.
